Catalyst 2.4 drivers + Radeon 7200 = Weird Text

I just installed the newer ATI Catalyst 2.4 drivers today for my Radeon 64MB VIVO (Basically a 7200 with capture support), and something weird happened to the text in the game. Its translucent! It is definately weird, but cool at the same time (and sort of makes it harder to read). I can see right through the text (see pic, and no thats not jpeg deceiving you). Does anyone else experience this? I never had this sort of thing happen with the previous Catalyst drivers, or on my older comp.

With a slightly less sharp edge response, the answer is yes. This is how mine looks as well. Using a Radeon 8500.
