Help please, New Fokker gauges blacked out

Featured Replies

I just downloaded the new Fokker 70/100s and flew initially using the default panels (737). Planes look fantastic and fly better then any plane I've ever flown. No longer is flying a wrestling match as with the default Lear for example. ! Plane practically flys itself. The only problem is after running the panel.exe, new panel appears but most of the gauges are blacked out. I tried replacing the panel.cfgs inside each individual Fokker file with a copy of the master panel.cfg which was placed outside of the individual livery files (but alliased from these) durring installation, but still no luck. I am running XP home, no gauge cleaners, also added FSSOUND.DLL fix in FS2002.cfg.Any help much appreciated, although these aircraft are a pleasure to fly with the 737 panel alone !John M.

Just to rule out the most obvious reasons, have you clicked on AVION, BATT, PANEL -buttons from the main panel (those white buttons on the left side of the panel)? (try also Shift+2 that hides/shows the gauges-layer)Then, there's some connection also between FSUIPC-module (have the newest version?) and battery-power. Dunno if anything could go wrong there... but something about that relationship was stated on the fokker manual...

Thank you very much Homer, the panel switch did the trick.(Now why didn't I think of that ?!)Take care,John M
