December 10, 200223 yr I have used several game controllers with FS 2002 and seem to keep one problem. The thing is that my rudder keeps pulling the aircraft to one direction all the time. I used a Logitech Wing Man with twist rudder which was lockable but I kept getting that problem. I figured it was because of the difficult twist system which was very difficult to properly calibrate and even if locked it still kept shaking the rudder axis back and forth. I did disable the axis in FS but kept the problem. This is NOT a wind issue, I have tested this, so even in perfect conditions with no wind at all the plane gets pushed slightly to the right or left while taxiing. This is just slight and perfectly controllable, but when taking off a 747, in close to V1 speeds, it
December 10, 200223 yr I've had that problem once in a while. I find if I re-calibrate my rudder pedals when this happens, that everything is fine again.Regards,http://www.yeodesigns.com/signatures/yeode...nner-van2-1.jpg[/img]
December 11, 200223 yr Have you used FSUIPC to calibrate your controllers? It seems to work better for me than the Windows game controller calibrations. I usually do a calibration in Windows first, then tweak it with FSUIPC.Hope this helps, Adam
