FSMETEO/ActiveSky

Featured Replies

I'm trying to decide what to purchase- FSMETEO or Active Sky. If you can tell me which one is more realistic, I read both of the sites of each but haven't found any screenshots of the actual weather produced from Active Sky. However I found FSMETEO's weather producing pictures, but haven't seen Active Sky's. If anyone could help me in this decision, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,I was for two years a FSMeteo user. You can be very sure Active Sky is the 'MOST' realistic Weather Generator for FS2002.Hope this helps you?vortovor

Having used and compared both,I must lean towards the overall realism of Active Sky.

Ok, appreciate the input! :)

I used FS_METEO for almost 2 years, I trashed it off of my hard drive when the latest version of Active sky came out. I was very unhappy with FS_METEO's support, and the creator of the program makes promises he can't keep, and the program has issues, some big ones. I would definatly recommend Active Sky if you are looking. Hope that helps. Gary Hall
