I do not have the original install program for activesky, but do have the 1.8 update. How do I go about getting the original, so I can update it, and continue enjoying this software ON MY NEW SCREAMIN' computer! :) Do I have to download again, which I assume, and how do I do that without have to "buy" it again? Hey Jim, contacted where I bought it from, and their website said that I would have to get a replacement software from the software developers. I have sent an email to [email protected], and hope this may get me going. Got this awesome computer, now wanna see some activesky!Harry

Harry,You'll love this: when a user sends an e-mail to [email protected], I'm usually the person to answer those support issues also!Back to you main problem: Yours is the first that I know of that a user has not been able to get a new download link.
