At FL300 they're up to 114 kts.

If you hit the subtropical or subpolar jetstream, then 100 kt winds at that altitude are very possible. I rode shotgun in a 737-200 from Calgary to Toronto a couple years back and our tailwinds were 150 Kts plus. The jet can have some heavy-duty winds associated with it, especially this time of year. Not to worry - that's quite realistic at those altitudes at this time of year :-)
