Having problems connection ActiveRADAR on FS server with WideFS AS2004

Featured Replies

I have installed AS2004 on my wideFS Client PC and then mapped a drive from the FS Server to the widefs client ROOT Directory.I installed the Connector supplied with the AS2004 program which I purchased today and downloaded. I noticed on this forum there is a beta version of the connector and was wondering which was more current. I have tried running both connectors and the one with the software I downloaded appears to install fine. The beta version gives me an access denied error.I have activeradar up on the FS 2004 server and can load a FS9 flight plan however I cannot get the weather station data to update.Randy

Ok, I figured out my problem. It appears the Beta version in this forum is the more current connector. When I installed it I was not paying attention to the prompt above the buttons close enough and therefore was clicking next before it was ready to have the button clicked.....

Correct!!Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
