December 28, 200322 yr I have to admit I haven't read all the documentation on AS1.91 yet but I'am hoping for a quick answer here. I was flying into KORD today at around 10000 the windspeeds were 63kts, several minutes later while on final approach into KORD the windspeeds were still showing at 60 kts making the landing next to impossible. However the briefing showed that the windspeeds should have only been 11kts at the runway. My question is, is there a setting I'm missing here, is the force/destination box suppose to be checked?Presario
December 29, 200322 yr Hi,First please update to V1.92. Are using FS02 or FS04? Forced Destination box should be checked ON.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
December 29, 200322 yr OK, the next thing to check is to make sure FS2004 Writes is checked ON in the Options screen.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
December 29, 200322 yr OK will do however I have to tell you that I'm using FSwideserver and running AS1.92 on my laptop connected through a network to the desktop running FS2004. Do I need to share the FS2004 directory with the network? It's asking me for the FS2004 path.Presario
December 29, 200322 yr I'm no expert with that, but I believe so.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
