HelloI have been trying to use your activesky and it would never download the weather. I thougth it was a problem of my Norton antivirus and desactivated it but it did not work either.The problem is when asking to download weather.Thank you for your helpPedro

Pedro,Sorry you are having trouble. Another user had the same problem this morning, so it looks like the public, government server was down. I just tried and got a good download so things look to be working again.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
