I have done a fair share of beta testing in my time - Usually when trying to determine the root cause of a concern you have a control group who will use the same settings to help determine if it is a settings issue or a program issue.I know once things are finished people will be left to making their minds up on settings, but shouldn't we find the issue instead of having to guess what is causing it based on what my settings are vs. the next guy?Just food for thought...
