Navlog and Active Radar disagree

Featured Replies

Curiously the winds, temp, and QNH reported by Active Radar doesn't agree with what the AS Navlog is giving as shown on the attached image. Both had just been refreshed. Is there any reason for this or is there some option that needs to be set to make sure they agree? As with another poster on the forum, the ActiveRadar bit also fails to load a flight plan exported from FSBuild 2.2 beta to FS9 which is odd.I can live without the ActiveRadar data so these are not huge problems, but having been a big fan of WC2 it would be nice to see this part of AS work. Overall AS2004 looks very good indeed.

Yes the winds are way off, don't know why. The other 2 look to be good because, I believe, that AR reads the data after FS has applied its "randomness" to it.For the flight plan issue: the flight plan must be an exactly saved FS04 plan. In you case, take the FSBuild plan, open it in FS and the re-save it. Then it will be ready for AR.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
