May 9, 200422 yr I think, that hit by mistake normal default in AS2004, not sure though. Now, after always perfect takeoffs I permanently have A-Floors with my PSS A330-200. Can't do anything. I posted in the PSS forum and Bob Scott replied that have to check settings if I use an external weather program. Well, this is the case and he might be right: Quote:"Also, a decreasing-headwind/increasing-tailwind shear induced by a wx add-on can do the same...you are especially susceptible during takeoff and climbout. If there's a wind layer close to the ground causing the IAS to drop, that'd explain it. I doubt it's dynamics, either PSS' or mine"I don't know which settings in AS2004 I might have to de- or activate in order to suppress wind layers close to the ground...Any idea?Thank you very much!!Sam
May 9, 200422 yr Hi Sam,Try the Limit Surface Winds option. Once that box is checked ON, then you can supply a value in the Surface Wind Limit box on the lower right side of AS.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
