Blanked out Radio stack, etc.

Featured Replies

All,I hope I can explain myself sufficiently clear so you know what I am asking.Whenever I click on the buttons to make the radio stack, etc appear, what happens next is a blackened rectangular area on screen where it should be. This also happens with the other buttons as well except for the map which does show up. Otherwise, the rest of FS2K2 runs very well.I have a brand new system Gateway 700XL with the Radeon 9700 card and I am running Windows XP. I would appreciate any incite into why this is happening.Thanx,Frank C

It sounds like you've lost some gauges. The "blackened rectangular area" is probably the background that is normally covered by the gauge (all radios etc. are actually gauges in FS2002).The question, of course, is why have they gone? Have you run a gauge cleaner recently or installed/removed anything new?
