July 19, 200421 yr Mornin! I was wondering if Damian has on his list some way of AS2004 compensating for invalid/missing winds aloft data? The current trend of going to 0/0/-273c is, ummm, bad. Perhaps a trigger where if AS2004 finds that the data is corrupt or invalid it will continue using the previous FD data it had, or better, interpolate surrounding valid stations? It seems a shame to have to shut AS2004 down in the middle of the flight because it freaks out the winds aloft! Thanks for all the hard work!
