September 3, 200421 yr Hi Justin and Welcome,1. I don't know why and I don't know what your question is?2. Please make sure Online Updates is checked on. You are using the default Offline weather file that was shipped last December.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
September 4, 200421 yr Hey Jim,1. I was just wondering were the METAR is downloaded from. I Fly out of CYXE, (and live here) so the last couple of days I have started AS and when it gives me a report, it tells me that CYXE is at m22(-22C) of course its not, its been +15 to +20 here. I was just wounder what was wrong,2. I just got my AS, so I was not shiped a off line weather file. Thanks,CYXEJustin
September 4, 200421 yr Hi Justin,My #1 answer was to match up with your #1 post above it! Why did you re-install your planes? You were shipped an Offline file, everyone was, the same file with last December 12th weather. That is why your temperatures are so low. Please, in your AS Options, check Online Updates to be On. Here is the latest METAR from CYXE: CYXE 040300Z 18006KT 15SM FEW056 BKN082 13/08 A2977 RMK SC2AC1 SLP092Let me know how things go after you do this!Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
