Cd #1 contains the aircraft.cab. You can use winzip to open it up, and it should be easy to find and extract the Lear file from there. I wrote these directions for installing FS2002 under Windows 95, but they serve as a good index for your CD's as well. Here's a link to them, showing more than you'll ever want to know about the FS2002 CD contents.
