I have previously bought AS2004. My computer crashed and I have to reinstall it. It adsks for an ID, and I cannot recall of having it since I downloaded it from the internet. What can I do to get it? Do I need to buy things thing over again?

the mail you are referring to may yet be on mye computer somewhere...however since I had to reinstall Outlook, and the mail I kept seem to be lost, or overwritten. If I knew where to look for for such files I'd be happy, but MS never thinks about WHAT MAY HAPPEN to a computer it seems....I have the backup service from simmarket.com...but that does not help to much.
