Hi,I recently purchased active sky 2004.5 and i have problems installing the program application....Every time I click on the setup file i downloaded it would reach the stage were it said configuring windows installer and then after that the window would disappear and no other window would come up..can some one help me out..thanks

Downloaded visual basic 6 runtime files (service pack 6) ... Installed them and restarted my Pc... Im still facing the same problem :(....

I tried that and still not working..My system is:Pentium 4 3.2 ghz512 DDR RAMWindows XP home edition ( With all updates installed including SP2).

Yes it was my windows installer that was bad. I reinstalled windows and everything is working normally now... Thanks for your help :)
