January 18, 200521 yr I know I have seen this topic somewhere, but I could not find it again. When I fly between Eugene, Oregon and San Francisco (I am sure it could happen other places) I have a following mist. I look down and there is a fog or a mist that follows my path. It is clear in front and behind the mist but it follows my plane. It is the worst kind. It does not form well to mountains and thus at the top of peaks the mist blinks. The infamous mist also causes other clouds to blink. Is this an FS9 issue or an AS issue? It makes flying terrible. As I look out I see a mist going at my pace and messing up the scenery. Thanks for any help.

January 19, 200521 yr Hey Jim, thanks for the quick reply. I will check out your suggestion. Also, just wanted to tell you how happy I am w/Active Sky. Like some else mentioned, I feel sorry for those who choose not to use active sky. I can not imagine flying without it.
