I was wondering if anyone has had this problem or might know what's going on. I've been using AS 2004.5 up until this point without any problems. After downloading build 174, I clicked to open the zip file and then double click on Setup to install and then....nothing happens. I just see the hourglass icon briefly and then it's as if Setup never ran. I've tried right-clicking and selecting open instead of double-clicking, rebooting the computer, re-downloading the update, turning off anti-virus and firewall, all the usual hail-mary quick fixes to see if any of this was the problem, but no dice. Any ideas?(Using Windows XP SP2, P4 2.8 Mhz, Norton AV and Internet Security, Internet Explorer 6)

Hi,No, that is a first for me. Part of the problem may be Norton. Even turned off some of its processes remain running. Try to totally shut it down, redownload, and re-install the update.
