Barry Blaisedales & PSS Dash 8 Compatibility

Featured Replies

Over at Barry Blaisdales website he has a numerous amount of Dash 8 vaiartion 200,300,400.My question is with the impending release of PSS Dash 8 on Monday will his models function with the PSS panel.Regaurds

Also, will they work with Mr. Frolov's panel?

I'll try to make it compatible But the visual model will probably face some limitations - like no animated wipers, no logo light, and so on..regardsOleksiy Frolov

Why would you want the PSS aircraft and another panel? If there is anything PSS excells at, it's panels (nothing bad about their visuals, but their panels are a class of their own).

Remember, also, that there are some marvellous freeware panels about; not with the level of the functionality likely in the forthcoming PSS panel, no doubt, and nothing in FS matches Olekskiy's depth of realism (also freeware, of course). Remember that with your 200, 300, and 400 you need to distinguish between analog and glass panels; there are several of both available as freeware, including some excellent ones for FS2000 that function fine in FS2002 with a radio tweak or two.Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitak.htmlhttp://www.swiremariners.com/reds.htmlMy little reduced pic is in Recovery Ward, arriving soon.
