On both programmes downloads showing as "in progress" but after 10 minutes nothing has happened on either. Is this because the weather server is also the same as the purchase server which is under pressure or has my install somehow corrupted both programmes?Thanks for any help

Hi,Sorry you are having trouble. Yes it is because of the server traffic. It is huge right now. Even my speed is slower. It does not look like an installation problem!
