Hi. First post guys so go easy.I recently bought Active Sky and although generally extremely impressed, I'm finding some aspects of it a bit hit and miss.At the moment I just choose the weather at Manchester Airport and update the world to show this. This didn't work last night no matter how many times I restarted my pc, FS9 and ASV etc.I have read the instructions and played about but I am still not totally confident about some of its functions.So, I have some questions.1. Does Active Sky have to be running under FS9 even in offline mode?2. What should the weather say in FS9? Should it be custom? Last night I was doing what had been working before and the weather said fair and looked very little like outside my window.3. Are there any common mistakes I could be making that anyone could tell me about?4. When I minimise FS9 then maximise it, I get no weather at all. Is that right?Overall, I am highly impressed. I realise the interface is tricky and needs use before I am familiar but I simply don't have time to sit down and figure out what works and what doesn't.Thanks for any help.

Hi,Welcome to ASV! No way around it that ASV can be complex, but we have a well written manual that should explain things. I suggest using the manual while having ASV running.1. Yes2. user defined3. work in Online mode, read the manual, and ask lots of questions here!4.
