I would like to upgrade from a Gforce 3 to Gforce 4 4600 video card. When looking at the market I notice that different companies make the same card but sell them at way different prices. So my question is who makes the best Gforce 4 4600 video card with tv out?Kilstorm

All the cards perform the same. Go with a company that offers a good bundle. MSI includes a lot with their cards. I have a Gainward and am happy with it.
