Today,i purchased the ASV 5 full version. Just right after the installation, i clicked on the "New Route" button, a msg showed up"Please wait for initialization to complete", after a while, anohter msg showed up "Main Thread Process Error......Retrying at next interval", it is the same case when i clicked on the Refresh button. Now, i can do nothing about ASV 5, i am so confused.Note:I already enter the Full name(bill to) and Order number during the installation.Any help will be appreciated!http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/123190.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/123189.jpgThanksRicky

Thanks Jim, the problem is sovled. ASV works well now!Regarding to ASV 5, i still have 2 questions(1)For the flight plan import, if I fly LDS767, I enter the flight route to the fmc manually, so how can i get the flight plan to import to the ASV?(2)for the customer information input window during the installation, the second time i just let them blank, after installation, the software still works well and still can access the server. I cant tell the difference. what had happend to me?Thankshttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/123214.jpg

Hi,You can manually enter the departing airport and the destination airport and click on Process. This is on the New Route screen. We would have liked that you had entered the information, but it is too late now. We track HiFiNet(the server)traffic with this data only. Yes, things will work the same either way!Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg
