FSUIPC.dll

Featured Replies

Guys, I've updated the AS to B193, and downloaded v 3.48 of FSUIPC.dll, but when I try and install it, I get a message telling me to remove the existing from Modules/ActiveSky2004, or when I try to extract the file to the Modules folder, it asks me for a Password???I'm totally lost with the message I get saying to transfer the .dll file from the Modules/AS2004 folder to the FS9 Modules folder. I can only see ONE file called Modules under FS9 in Windows Explorer, and under this is two sub-folders: AS2004 and Active Radar.I've searched the forums for an answer, and the one response I could find didn't seem to help much.I've got my AS upgrade, and my FSUIPC upgrade, but can't seem to make it work.Should I have two folders under FS9 called Modules?Any help on a very basic level would be much appreciated. My understanding is not helped by the fact I'm at home with the head-cold from ####, and my brain is fuzzy to say the least!!CheersTim

Hi Tim,Sounds like you are having an access problem in XP. Are you signed on as administrater?Or your FS04 folder is protected. The .dll goes into the FS04/Modules folder. That message is telling you that an older version of FSUIPC is there if a user needs to use it, by moving it.No only one Modules folder. You need to get well first and then deal with this second!Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg

Hi Jim,Nope, still feeling like I've been hit by a truck, BUT I managed to get the problem fixed. Now I can see what B193 has to offer!CheersTim
