August 9, 200520 yr Hello ASV team, yesterday and after many post into the PMDG 747 forum... By myself requesting support just for a "possible" bug with the A/T of this aircraft. at the end wasn't an issue.I did a trip just from LFPG-FAJS 3 times... just trying to find why the cruise altitude (FL320 for example) TAT reached registered temp numbers about -1, +1, +4 (maximum reaching -9) and still the same all the time. I have ASV (latest build too) with all options optimized and fsuipc the minimum required settings just for using ActiveSky, but would be so nice if you could check the processing code or any other ASV software parameters, the strange of all this is that only happening flying over those areas, but that's not all if you check my pics you will see ASV reporting it's fine, by the way after taking off and during the initial climbing out the TAT was about -25
August 9, 200520 yr Hi,I believe it is the way your computer is set up. The decimal symbol should be a period(.) not a comma(,) That might be throwing things off.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg

August 10, 200520 yr Hi already Mr.Jim (Im sorry) I give you the current link about this possible "issue" I think now already it's an PMDG 747 problem conversion between SAT $ TAT temp calculations. Sorry! but I will wait an answer from those team. Here's it's the thread http://pmdg.forumsplace.com/post-5688.html#5688
August 10, 200520 yr Hi All,Nothing is wrong here. TAT is always going to be warmer than SAT. If you want to see a lower TAT then slow your plane down to near stall speed.Boy, these legal pain pills sure affect my brain!! Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg
