August 23, 200520 yr I recently installed ASV and am trying to enable Mip Maps. The instructions say that I must have imagetool.exe in my ASVActive Environment folder. I have downloaded imagetool but I can't find an ASVActiveEnvironment folder. I have an ASV folder, but ActiveEnvironment is not in it, or anywhere else for that matter when using "Search."Any help would be appreciated.Bob
August 24, 200520 yr Hi Bob,In your ASV folder do you have folders named:TemplatesUser GuideVoiceActiveEnvironmentThe only other thing I can think of is that you can enable view hidden folders and files as something has marked these folders as hidden.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg
August 24, 200520 yr Thanks, Jim, got it. Apparently it was a hidden folder. Mips has been successfully enabled.Bob
