View Commands

Hello all and Happy Holidays,I am looking for some help as to setting up my view commands. I think my settings were reset and I now have no idea how to get them back like I origionally had them. The particular area that I am inquiring about is the snap to fixed view while in 2D mode. I find it quite helpful when flying a traffic pattern. Currently , when I got to snap view, it pans the entire 2D cockpit(annoying). Origionally, I could snap view in the 2D mode and pan when in spot plane view. Now I can either snap when in 2D or spot view. I am confused as to how I can snap view in the 2D mode inside and pan when in spot view.
