December 14, 200520 yr Jim or Damian,Trying to determine if I have a problem or not. What is the maximum altitude that the visibility layer will be set to by ASV?In FS9 Advanced Weather, Visibilty tab, it's called "Tops (MSL)".Thanks,...jim
December 15, 200520 yr Hi Jim,Pretty sure it is the maximum altitude in FS04. Our high-flying users can reduce their visibility through ASV.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg
December 16, 200520 yr Hmmm... Ok.Manually, I can set it to a maximum of 99999. Lately, I've been seeing ASV set it to 101706. Pretty sure all the time. Kind of a weird number there. I'll keep an eye on it and let you know if it changes or not. Particularly when flying in different parts of the world with different weather conditions. If it doesn't, can I assume there is a problem somewhere?Thanks,...jim
December 16, 200520 yr Hi Jim,Are you speaking on the visibility distance looking foward or the height of a cloud layer?Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg
