Does somebody know where I can purchase the real airports CD containing Houston (KIAH) and Zurich Kloten airport?Thanks for any hints!

Real Airports was produced by Just Flight for FS2000. I'm not sure its still being sold but you can check out Just Flight at http://www.justflight.comEDIT: According to the website it is not available right now.
