I purchased Activesky version {1.6.0.1741} 2004.5 late last year. However after downloading ASV6-upgrade I am unable to install it because I get a message saying 'Can't Install Unwrapper Requires That ASV/E be installed!':( I have read through the docs, but all it says is to install the ASV/E. But where do I get this from? Please Help.All the Best, Karl

Hi,Late 2005 or 2004? We have not sold AS 2004.5 since June 2005. We stopped selling ASV in December of 2005 and now are now selling ASv6.
