I've noticed this alert/call, whatever a couple of times. Can you tell me what it means please, Damian? It causes a significant frame hit. I have discontinued using "Keep ASG Open during auto-submit..." and that seems to have helped. Or is it my imagination?Ron McLeod_CYEGhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/747400.jpg

Hi Ron,First report of this. That message is from the Vertical Air Simulation system. Go into the Options page and turn VAS Off and see if your FPS hit goes away. Please let us know, as we will want to stay on this one.Hope this helps,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.comhttp://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6...development.jpg http://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6-banner-proud.jpg

Three years later, I have the identical problem, in AS 6.5. A significant frame rate hit (and occasional CTD) at the time of VAS point autogeneration. Probably because my processor isn't quite up to snuff -- it's the weak point in the chain.Anyway, I'm glad to see you've been staying on it all this time.
