February 26, 200620 yr Hi, please, I need some help...I'm a long time AS user (since 2004) and never had any problem before but don't know why I can't install the activeradar anymore.I have the ASv6 upgrade version and everything was running smoothly but after my FS PC crashed I had to reinstall FS and then reinstall activeradar again, and that's when my problem arrived.I already reinstaled ASv6 on the WideFS PC to make sure but when I try to run the ActiveRadar Connector.exe on the FS PC I receive the following message: (remember that I already had the Radar working before)"Program Error...Exiting (Verigy proper file locations and Mapped Drive to the ROOT of the WideFS/ASv6 Machine)"Ok, If I can find the ASv6 folder through my network is that the folder is mapped and shared, right? Anyway, I changed the instalation directory a few times and still got the same message. Everything is working, ASv6 itself, the weather on my FS, everything but the Radar. I also tried to instal it by myself moving the ActiveRadar and the .dll to my MODULES folder on FS bu still can't make it work... It appears but the weather is not updated. That's it guys, my english is a little confuse, I hope that someone can help me cause I can't figure out what's happening... I'm doing everything thta I have done when I first instaled ASv6, used for a long time and never had problems, but this time no...Regards,Igor Cunha
February 26, 200620 yr Hi,Please make sure that you have done both of these:1)Make sure that sharing is enabled and that you have proper read/write permissions for both the WideFS computer (ASV6 path) and FS Computer (FS9 path and Documents and SettingsUserApplication Data path).Hope this helps,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.comhttp://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6...development.jpg http://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6-banner-proud.jpg http://www.jdtllc.com/images/rcv4bannersupporter.jpg
February 27, 200620 yr Hi Jim, thanks for your super fast post but everything is enabled with read/write permissions... maybe I need to reinstall FS9 from zero (deleting the folder). Can be that the problem?regards,Igor Cunha
