Hi, I need some advise please. Up till now ASV6 has been fine, but today when it loaded it updated at KSEA and gave all the conditions however FS9 is shown as beeing diconnected even though it is. I have checked the options and it is set for download and i have cleared all weather in FSUIPC 3(Registered)so i am at a loss as to why it has suddenly gone. I have tried reinstalling asv 6 to no avail:-mad . Hi Andrew,Sorry you are having trouble.1. Make sure that FSUIPC.dll is in the Modules folder.2. Move the FSUIPC key file out. I know that makes it unregistered, but this is for testing purposes only.3. Any other changes on your system?4. Ok Jim i will give that a try, Heres a good one though and its a bit of a long long story. I have 6 SATA s The original FS9 was installed (and still is as a back-up) on another drive other than C: but started to get a bit slow due to age. SO I installed another couple of 300GB SATAs and reinstalled all my FS9 programs on C: Including ASV6 that knew that FS9 was installed in C: this was a couple of weeks ago and up till now every 10mins asv6 was updateing fine then this not connected showed up. NOW as a curiousity i started up the original FS9 in the seperate drive and guess what, Yep ASV6 instantly went from not connected to loaded and started displaying all the clouds and stuff, Is it possible that i have a conflict going on and ASV suddenly seeing another install on the PC and decides to defect to the other drive or has a setting gone wrong some how either in FS9 or ASV or even FSUIPC 3.I have an MSI 925 Plat motherbord, and for some reason if you set the DDR ram speed as 667Mhz it instantly overclocks the Graphics card as well (I lost a 6800GT that way by pressing F10. I saw just at the reboot instant what it had done but it was to late to save the card). God knows why MSI has done this but it means that even though i have Corsair XM Twin Pro s 512mb X4(think thats what they are) i cannot use them at full speed hence the underclock.

Hi JimI have a similar problem. I am running AS6 on a client PC via WideFS. I have several other addons via WideFS running without any conflict i.e. FDC, RC, except for AS. I often get an error message that "AS was unable to properly detect your FS9 folde. Please browse to it...." I wonder why all other addons have no problem to locate FS9. In the meantime I can't even locate anymore because there is now a Initialization Error reading files ..... please verify or re-install". Not a problem on the main PC. Thank you, Sam

OK , Just removed the FSUIPC.DLL from Modules in the FS installation on C: and loaded up FS but still get the FS diconnected message and its not updating still so i supposes that one down. I must say that up til 3am the previous Morning the ASV was working fine, then 6hrs later nothing, No updates were download for windows in the gap and no other programs were installed so its back to head scratching for me at the moment.:-hmmm Andrew
