April 10, 200620 yr I was assigned to takeoff from runway 5 while a 744 was assigned to takeoff from runway 23 simultaneously! The wind direction was approximately 250 to 295 degrees. Snow fall had receded about 40 minutes before.Did the RC controller not see the 744 at the opposite end of the runway or is this some other problem (AFCAD or scenery)? Thanks,
April 10, 200620 yr Hi,Had you waited for the AI refresh before getting your clearance?Looks like you got the wrong direction and the 744 got the correct direction.Hope this helps,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development TeamActive Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter

I checked ATIS before requesting taxi RC4 and was quoting runway 23 as the active. Aproximately 30-40 minutes later after completing checklist I am assigned runway 5 but the AI was using runway 23!
April 10, 200620 yr >you should change the in-game time up a minute after the>weather refreshesI have RC4 since its release and this incident is a first. Thanks for the suggestion.
