June 18, 200619 yr When using Active Sky, I sometimes save a flight and pick it up the next day. When I do that ... what weather am I actually using when I reload the saved flight?RegardsDave
June 18, 200619 yr Hi Dave,This is a tough one due to the way FS04 saves weather. When you save a flight in FS04, the current weather is also saved, but honestly I am not sure the extent of its coverage. If you restart ASv6 with Online Updates On, then of course you are going to get the current weather. You you may do is when you save your FS04 flight, also save the weather in ASv6 by using the Save Wx button. Then when you re-start your flight, use ASv6 in Offline Mode and use the Load Wx button to load the weather from the day before. Remember, you can name the weather files to whatever you wish. Yes, when you save weather through ASv6 it is for the entire world!Hope this helps,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development Team Active Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/AirSource Member: http://www.air-source.us/FSEconomy Member:http://dot.kelder.net:8080/fseconomy/
