Problem starting ActiveSky Graphics

Featured Replies

Just bought ACtive Sky yesterday and everything seems ok with the Active Sky part but when i go to start Active Graphics it tells me "The application failed to initaialize properly(0xc0000005).Click OK to terminate the application."I checked via ADD/REMOVE Programs in the control panel and I already have .NET 1.1 installed on my computer. I tried unistalling and reistalling ACtiveSky making sure to follow all of the directions but still no go. Ive got the latest version of FSUIPC in and have run out of ideas. Any help with this fiasco would be greatly appreciaited..:-hmmmredawg21

Hi,Uninstall .NET, reboot, then reinstall .NET.Hope this helps,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development Team Active Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/AirSource Member: http://www.air-source.us/FSEconomy Member:http://dot.kelder.net:8080/fseconomy/

Ok so I unistalled both Active Sky and .Net and reinstalled and now have .Net 2.0. I then tried to start Graphics but only get the same error. I read further back through some posts and apparently Im the only person here for which unistalling and reinstalling didnt work. Anyway Ive just finished unistalling, rebooting and reinstalling .Net 2.0 and still no go. Again, the Active Sky part seems to be working ok but I cant get the graphics to start as I keep getting two 'failed to initailize' errors. Any thing else I could possible try?
