I can download current now problem. Usually server 2. I cant download any archive. If i Select yesterdays date 29 and 5 as the start time and 12 as the additional it will start the download and then after a while say 0500z not available downloading 6. After a while It gives an error of 35761 Request timed out. AS then crashes after I close the error.James

Hi James,I just tried to duplicate this using the data you gave me and things worked out fine.So now, something on your computer is blocking the download:Firewall: Remove ASv6 from the allow list and then re-add it to the list.Anti-virus: Same as above.Scan your machine for any viruses, adware, spyware. The fact the programm crashes and leaves ASG running makes me think I could have a botched install. Also two hours into a flight and fs9 crashed reporting active radar.dll as the culprit.Will let you know.RegardsJames

The only other thing external to AS is when I connect to my ISP (dial up) Im getting a failed protocol ipx error 733. Could this be it? also the connection where I live is very poor., stable at 14.4 kbs.Im using Mcafee sc 2006. Ive even shut it down and no joy. Is the download method for "download current" the same as the archive. I have no probs with the current or online.Thanks for your help James

Hi James,Yes your general ISP error could be it. I would work with them to get rid of that error first and then try AS archive again. If you really need/want a certain archive you can e-mail me at [email protected] and I can attach it to an e-mail.
