Have just bought new computer and just got round to installing all my prog's. Installed FS2004, had trouble updating to FS9.1 because of old FSUIPC.dll which i had liscenced to me, unistalled FS9.1 and all was well, didnt have FS9.1 on my old computer so didn't worry. But now when i installed ASv6 which worked well on my old computer will not connect on my new computer. I read on this forum that vers. 3.65+ was needed, I had vers. 3.4+ before when all was well so as I thought this was the problem I downloaded the latest Vers. 3.7+ and installed it over my old one in the modules folder in my FS9 dir. But allas it still won't connect. Can anyone show any light on this problem for me, am missing real weather!!!! .....Peter.

Hi Peter,Make sure you have just one copy of FSUIPC.dll in the Modules folder and double check the version. Can you access FSUIPC in FS04? Is ASv6 set to start Paused? Hi Jim,Thanks for your quick reply. I've checked that only one FSUIPC.dll is present with the .ini .key .log and FSUI.dll. I have .NET1.1, Hotfix, .NET2.0. and have set ASv6 to start paused. And I still can't connect.... Where do I go from here? Oh and I can access FSUIPC from FS2004Hopful Pete..

Hi, When start pause is on and refresh button is clicked, it just downloads Wx data and writes to disk. The nearest station(KSEA) table is filled. In the fetch table below it still tells me I'm not connected to FS.......Peter.

Hi Jim, Good news, after posting my last report on my sad affairs, I thought the only thing that could be wrong was the FSUIPC.dll file as all else worked fine, Your advice had brought me to that conclusion so I deleted all the FSUIPC files leaving the FSUI.dll file and then copying the latest Vers.7.0 directly into the FS modules folder and as if like magic ASv6 connected and works perfectly. I would just like to say how thankful I am for your support, I know now I have I wounderful product and caring support if I need it. THANKYOU. Happy Pete....
