Jim i have just purchased latest program when i go to access ASG i get an error unable to access .netframework what is the problem shoud i redownload program..............robin

Hi Robin,Welcome back! It has been awhile!!Something is wrong with your .NET installation. See if .NET is in your Add/Remove Programs list. If it is, then uninstalll, re-boot, and reinstall .NET1.1 from Microsoft.
