November 21, 200619 yr I am keep receiving an error messages as follows:"Error acessing internal components (Unecrypt step1-Please run the "Repair" option via ASV6 setup.exe to replace required files).May be 10 times I runed the "repair" No change. Many times I removed and reisntalled the ASV6. Still I am keep getting this error messages.What is your advise.ThanksSanal
November 21, 200619 yr Hi,Sorry for the problem.Turn Off any AV/Spyware software and do a reinstall. Then see what happens. It may be that one of those software is removing a necessary file. December 2, 200619 yr http://www.oncourse-software.co.uk/forum_images/fdc_beta.jpg]http://www.jdtllc.com/images/rcv4bannersupporter.jpg]"Always sit at the rear of an aircraft,because they always find the Black Boxes"Jim,When i run xoftspy it brings up a few files that it finds as being "alien" so what i have been doing is removing them after it has done a sweep of my system.This has obviously been removing the registry files that are required to run ASV6.What i have done now is put all those files in the "ignore list" so hopefully xoftspy wont bring them up again.I ran ASV6 and so far it doesn't bring up that error message that we have reported.regards Dave
