when I try to connect.It recognize's where I'm at. I can use the fetch a report option and it will give me a report. I have AS6.5 installed in a stand alone folder ( C:Program files/AS6.5)I tried reinstalling and running the repair option.I don't if this is related, but, I am not able to download real word weather in Fs9 either. I had this problem before but a reinstall worked it out. Thanks Bob

Hi Bob,Our weather server is up and so is the MS weather. I would say it is your ISP, your firewall, or your antivirus program.Or check Internet Explorer and see if Work Offline is checked. Jim, Happy New Year to you also. I am a dumb .......I spent 2 days trying to figure this. I don't use Internet Explorer, I use Firefox. Just yesterday I happen to click on IE by mistake, it asked if I wanted to stay offline, didn't do anything just closed the window!
