March 1, 200719 yr I'm loving the GE Pro + AS6.5 combo. My only problem is as follows. I still get the dreaded hard horizon, but its not everytime. Sometimes especially during the day i'll get nize horizons and they look very realistic. But when it comes to sunset time and night time, on a clear day i get the dreaded hard horizon..even though ive got GE Pro on auto submit with AS6 and just as a backup i use the smoth horizon them in ASG. Is there any way around this. I do have the FS9 haze layer checked..do i need to uncheck this?also i have the use manual METAR data with GEPRO unchecked..do i need to check that box?thanks for the help
March 2, 200719 yr Hi Say,Thanks for the words! The dawn/dusk textures are all hard horizons. The only way out is to limit your miximum visibility through AS. Keep FS9 haze checked on.No, that box in GEP remains unckeck also. Please let us know if you need more help.Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development Team Active Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/AirSource Member: http://www.air-source.us/FSEconomy Member:http://www.fseconomy.com/

March 3, 200719 yr Hi,No, sorry no way around this with ASG. I am not sure what textures that soft horizons file contains, so I can't say. You could try them to see.Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development Team Active Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/AirSource Member: http://www.air-source.us/FSEconomy Member:http://www.fseconomy.com/
