Xgauge - crash on FSX launch

Featured Replies

Hello,ASX is a great piece of software, I'm really enjoying it with one exception. When I try to load XGauge into my aircraft using the wizard provided, I then find that when I launch FSX as soon as I get the dialog box prompting me to allow xgauge.dll to run FSX immediately freezes and eventually CTDs.Any thoughts on how to deal with this problem? Thanks.

By the way I am running SP1 and have NET 2.0 installed and so forth, and ASX runs perfectly as long as I don't have Xgauge installed in any of my panels.I have as addons the CLS A340 as well as the feelthere Legacy, Citation X, and A320, if that matters at all.

I had actually done an uninstall/reinstall a few times before and it didn't work, but this time I tried installing it in "insert" rather than "append" mode and everything went smoothly. The problem seems to arise when it is installed in "append" mode - but I am satisfied with the results now anyway!
