June 9, 200718 yr How is ActiveSky for FSX on multiplayer session? Are all the players experiencing the same weather? What if I create a server with ActiveSky providing wheater? Will the clients see the same weather as I? Or they must be running activesky too? Thanks in advance
June 9, 200718 yr Hi,Thanks for the questions.Right now, no weather program can work on multiplayer except if everyone connects first and then individuals use their weather. No, you cannot share data.Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
June 10, 200718 yr So, if I'm the host, I run the MP session with no weather data, my friend connects me as client, and then both can use ASX to get our respective weather data? Or will FSX override the client weather and set it to the original session data (no weather)? Thanks for the fast answer, we were using AS with FS9 and now we are looking forward to use it on FSX too!
June 10, 200718 yr Hi,Don't quote me on this, but I believe that will wotk. MP is a strange puppy in FSX!Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
