Airport ramp texture blurred. Is it normal in FS2002?

Actually not the whole airports but some airports in FS2K2 (like SVMG - Venezuela, Great Falls - EUA )shows the concrete blurred depending your point of view, ie, weather you see from the cockpit or from spot view (exterior). The images below show what I want to say about that. I ask you fellow simflights: is it normal or depends which video card used? or even another setting? I think your first problem is that you have GeForce 4 MX. I do not have much advice for you, what resolution are you running the game at, please resize your pictures next time.
