Keeping last session weather in FS9

Featured Replies

I'm not sure if this is something new or if I just never noticed:I use F9 and ASV6, everything works fine. I shut down both programs, then restart FS9 only. The weather at startup is always blue skies and no clouds, even if my last session ended in IMC conditions. Am I missing a setting somewhere that would allow me to keep the weather from my last session? Thanks,Torsten

Hi,Your default flight has a weather file associated with it so when you start that flight, you get that weather. You can:Before exiting FS save your flight and mark it as your default flight each time.Set FS to start up with your privious flight as default.Start AS before FS and then current weather will be used once AS is done processing the data.Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/

And that's the odd thing, I have set FS to make the previous flight the default flight. And I get the previous location, place, etc - except for the weather. It either doesn't get saved or somehow a "clear all weather" command is issued.Any suggestions on how I could find out?
