November 21, 200817 yr sorry foer my bad english I`m german....I am having problem with getting Active X to take "over" the weather from fsx. I can't see any indications in Active X that it shouldent be connected to fsx, but my weather is still made from fsx and not Active X??Now i have seen a error message in ASX: Problem receiving SimConnect data: Ausnahme von HRESULT: 0xC000013C(Error) Source = Whats the reason? May can you help me to fix the problem?THX McFly
November 21, 200817 yr Hi,Don't worry about your English, just do the best you can. The problem is with SP1 for FSX. Uninstall SP1 for FSX and then reinstall it. Then see if the error goes away.Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
November 22, 200817 yr Hmm, reinstall Sp1? I use Accelaeration Pack.I think i must not install Sp1 if i will install Acceleration Pack?! I `m a little bit confused!
November 22, 200817 yr Hi,Yes, you need to work backward then, uninstall Acceleration. Then reinstall just SP1 for now. Then see if ASX and FSX connect.Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
November 22, 200817 yr Sorry there does not work. What have i do. I`ve deinstall my FSx complete. After that i have install FSX, FSX SP1, SP2, then SDK Package SP1a and SP2. Then i have start ASX. Now i have a Error Message:Simconnect was not able to be loaded... this is required for operation with FSX.....I believe i must install Simconnect correct, but i don`t no how.I`ve checked the Folder C:ProgrammeMicrosoft GamesMicrosoft Flight Simulator X SDKSDKCore Utilities KitSimConnect SDKconfigThere is exist. But i don`t what i must do to reinstall simconnect correct.
November 22, 200817 yr Hi,For a single computer install you don't need any of the SDK packages. I am not sure what to suggest but to start over and just install FSX and SP1. You also need to know that uninstalling FSX does leave some files behind in your actual Windows folder, in the WinSxS folder.Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
