hey guys just got fsx and install pmdg 744 and active sky! was flying from ymml to yssy just then and few little problems in the cruise, the wind was meant to be according to actice sky 296/74 but during the crusie the wind was about 100kts and was varying from 280-100 degrees making the stick shacker go off and airspeed go through the roof any ideas?thanks!

Also just did the same with the 767 and noticed the same not as bad before the wind was meant to be 100kts at about 280 (off active sky) and it went to 030 at 100kts during the cruise also got the real winds of naips and they where ML YSSY 056 0381 445 236 020 -58 -02236 at 20kts why is active sky saying they are 280/100Thanks!

hi mate all as it was downloaded so the only checked box is the stabilization box, also fsupic is not registered just wondering where the data is from for upper winds? guess its like the real world winds never same as the forcast anyway :) was weird tho the wind keeped moving around 90 degrees in less then 1 sec with the same wind strength so the plane would stall and overspeed etc, route was ml dct h129 dosel y59 syd not sure what u mean my virtual stations, i made flt plan in fsx and then imported it to asx!thanks

hi alli did ml to syd agagin winds where almost perfect and cruise was good and smooth winds and turb etc but on descent the wind swung around 180 degrees again in under a sec so it over speed and stalled a few times once i got through about 10000ft it was nice for the landing.any more ideas?thanks

Hi,As you may have read in other posts on this matter, there is only so much we are able to do because of some coding by Microsoft. Suggested in another thread would be to use the registered version of FSUIPC and then further control the wind shifts a bit more.Thanks,Jim
